He specialises in major national and international project negotiation and documentation principally in the fields of business, construction, energy and infrastructure development.
Rabin has worked on projects in over 25 countries advising Governments and corporations in Asia, the Pacific, Africa and the Caribbean.
Rabin has been appointed by the Ministers of Transport and Local Government as an initial Director of Auckland Transport. He is the immediate past Chairman of ARTA and the Rugby World Cup Regional Transport Forum. He was a Director of the Australian public company MBf Carpenters Ltd, Manukau Water Ltd, Tomorrow's Manukau Properties Ltd and TMPL (Flat Bush) Ltd.
He is the Singapore Chapter Chair on the ASEAN New Zealand Combined Business Council (ANZCBC) and a Trustee of the Chinese Language Foundation.
